From bespoke itineraries to premium services, we ensure every journey is seamless, refined, and unforgettable.We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Accounts to oversee accounting functions and support administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and be able to communicate in both English & Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders.Accounting & Finance
  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Handle and review full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports and cash flow monitoring
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Responsible for preparation of tax fillings and supporting tax audits.
  • Responsible for Sales Tax (SST) submission.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, vendors and external stakeholders when required
Administrative & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations
  • Support management with financial and administrative reporting when required
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
