Warehouse Supervisor- Outbound

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma or any other Training in a similar discipline.
• Experience over 1-2 years in various dealings with warehousing and distribution in supervising.
• Experience 5-7 years in warehouse field
• Knowledge of computers and SAP systems.
• Good Communication skills at all levels
• Able to work under a tight schedule and complete assignments

• Manage Delivery Orders (DO), coordinate with Customer Service (CS), handle shipment scheduling, stock orders, container/truck capacity planning, booking, and order picking/checking.
• Monitor and manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory by coordinating with the QA team.
• Plan and arrange the receiving of stock for long-life and frozen storage.
• Receive and validate progressive stock records and conduct physical stock counts before acknowledgment.
• Ensure accurate tagging of received inventory and proper racking according to the Inventory Tag Record.
• Update SAP system and report Real-Time Stock Balance with daily, weekly, and monthly accuracy.
• Reconcile frozen stock with third-party warehouses by matching Stock In/Out records, DOs, and GRNs.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly shipments, including conducting shipment analysis.
• Ensure containers are loaded 100% securely and safely before sealing, and maintain visual proof of loading.
• Manage inventory for both Frozen and Ambient Finished Goods Stores.
• Plan and update picking lists at least 2 days prior to shipment stuffing.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems with good record management practices.
• Oversee picking and packing operations in line with customer order requirements.
• Handle all paperwork, including daily tasks and monthly reports, and supervise the administration of the FG/Logistics department.
• Conduct and record product temperature checks during loading processes to ensure cold chain integrity.
• Perform pre-cool checks on containers before loading to confirm readiness and compliance with cold chain requirements.
