About the job Commissioning Lead / Company Site Representative (CSR)Job Function:The Commissioning Lead / CSR will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities for offshore gas processing and wellhead platforms. This role ensures safe, efficient, and timely completion of commissioning works in line with project requirements, company policies.

Lead and manage offshore commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project execution plans.
Supervise commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe and effective operations.
Review and approve commissioning procedures, schedules, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve commissioning issues promptly.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery.
Interface with project, operations, and HSE teams to achieve seamless handover to operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in offshore commissioning of gas processing and wellhead platforms.
Minimum 10 years of experience working with PSCs in Malaysia.
Proven leadership skills with strong knowledge of commissioning practices, standards, and safety requirements.
