- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
- 1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industry is a must
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!
- A minimum DIPLOMA qualification, showing that you have the fundamentals in place
- Working Hours : Sun - Thu, 1.30pm - 10.30pm
- Focusing diligently on voice & non-voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
- Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
- Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
- Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times
