- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related field is an added advantage but not essential
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing work in Rotational Shift
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to address customer issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Adhere to company service standards and guidelines at all times
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and related documentation
- Follow established communication protocols, procedures, and policies
