Designation Machine Operator (Punch - CNC Turret Punch) Department Production Reporting Manager Factory Manager Location Balakong, Selangor Malaysia Role Responsibilities • Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts • Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer) • Responsible for operational activities relating to punching machines • Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply • Improve and sustain housekeeping • Support in training as and when required • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Role Requirement • Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry. • Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances • Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints) • Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements • Knowledge of health and safety procedures • Physically fit to perform all required duties • Independent self-starter • Team player, able to work with all levels Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities, ensuring minimum errors and quality work in accordance to production deadlines • Maintain safe workplace practices, adhering to the Company's Health & Safety procedures at all times
