You will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, helping evaluate customer requirements, designing solution architectures, and assisting with bill-of-materials (BOM) development, quotes, and technical proposals for GPUaaS, AI workloads and Cloud Gaming deployments.You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet both technical and commercial requirements. You will also engage directly with telecom operators, partners, and customers to validate technical feasibility and support successful deployment planning.What you’ll doSales Technical Support: Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales cycle to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions for GPUaaS, Cloud Gaming, AI workloads and edge compute deployments.Solution Architecture: Design and validate solution architectures including GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, orchestration, and platform integration within telecom operator environments.Technical Qualification: Evaluate customer infrastructure, technical constraints, and deployment scenarios to determine feasibility and ensure alignment with Radian Arc’s platform capabilities.Bill of Materials (BOM) Development: Develop and validate detailed BOMs for infrastructure deployments including GPU servers, networking, storage, and supporting components.Proposal & Quotation Support: Work with sales and finance teams to prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, pricing inputs, and quotes for customer opportunities.Customer Technical Engagement: Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and discovery sessions to present Radian Arc’s platform capabilities and answer technical questions.Partner and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with technology partners and hardware vendors to ensure accurate configurations, pricing, and solution compatibility.Sales Operations Support: Assist in preparing technical documentation required for proposals, contracts, and order processing including system diagrams, architecture overviews, and deployment requirements.Internal Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities and deployment timelines.Continuous Improvement: Help refine internal tools, templates, and processes for solution design, quoting, and sales engineering workflows.What you’ll needExcellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams, both verbally and in writing5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or infrastructure engineering roleStrong technical understanding of GPU computing infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and data center architectureExperience with telecommunications networks, edge computing, or cloud infrastructure environments is highly desirableExperience designing server, storage, networking, and GPU-based compute solutionsStrong understanding of infrastructure sizing, BOM development, and solution costingAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global startup environmentAbility to collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with AI/ML workloads, cloud gaming infrastructure, or GPU-accelerated applications is a plusExperience working with telecom operators, data center operators, or cloud service providers is a plusWhat we offerAttractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.A great work environment characterised by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach.You'll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution.Our job titles may span more than one job level.
