HR Shared Service Setup and Transition: Support the setup activities of a HR Shared Service which includes the following but not limited to: a. Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations. b. Support the implementation of HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies c. Support key activities (i.e. training and etc) for a successful transition to the shared service center. 2. HR Shared Service Operations a. Help and educate HR Shared Service Centre customers to navigate through Tier 0 (self-help) materials & functionality where assistance is required. b. Resolve enquiries leveraging on knowledgebase documents (e.g. FAQs, job aids, policy documents, etc) within the agreed service levels as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). c. Provides regular status updates to customer and maintain customer contact until request is resolved and actively follow up on outstanding items and obtain feedback on resolution from the customers. d. Assume ownership for cases and update the resolution accurately and on a timely basis in the case management system. e. Properly escalate complex enquiries to the next level of support or relevant subject matter experts. f. Helps to identify gaps in current knowledgebase documentation and highlight improvements required to enhance the knowledgebase..Are you a MATCH?The successful candidate should have:Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent3-5 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service centerenvironment, preferably in a HR services environmentExperience and involvement in HR related projectsPrior experience in International Mobility preferableStrong communication skills - English is a must, proficient in Mandarin is a plus!Analytic thinking and pragmatic approach to deal with requestsKnowledge in usage of HR systems to perform the relevant data management and reporting activities.
