College Intern - Business OperationsDescription -What a College Intern - Business Operations does at HP:

Studies business data; gathers information, and evaluates opportunities.
Understand and able to analyze data.
Able to map data into insights.
Improves process by studying current practices.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports with recommendation actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Able to communicate and work with country sales managers of identified opportunities, and overcome objections from countries.
Partners effectively with other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient process management.
Analytical and communication knowledge.
Able to develop positive relationships and solving problems.
Basic understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and channels.
Basic understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives.
Basic understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services
Able to commit for 3-6 months for a full-time internship, starting in Jan 2025
