Possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
1 years' experience of working in manufacturing industry or a related field.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting & machining activities.
Familiarity with various plastic moulding & polymer processing know how.
Ability to handle practically engineering software such as Autodesk & cad data.
Good problem-solving, cross-functional team and organizational skills.
Independent, analytical, strong mathematic, attentive & responsive.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Tanggungjawab

Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
Execute and implementing project and product DFM discussion.
Develop comprehensive project PPAP, APQP & etc with schedule deadline.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for the manufacturing facilities.
Prepare detailed structure of testing plans that meets the quality requirements.
Perform timely efficient to monitor project progress and feedback.
Negotiate with vendor for refinementof rectification the breakdown & modification.
Validate the effectiveness of implemented solution.
Good communication with customer at all level.
