Must possess at least SPM / Certificate in Plastic Injection Molding from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge and experience in Plastics Injection Moulding
Teamwork, Problem-solving skills, ability to handle multitasking job.
Able to work in shifts would be an added advantage

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for all aspects of the injection mold processes including; changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.
Set up parameters of injection molding machines. (temperature, pressure, speed, timing)
Troubleshooting machine malfunction.
To perform daily inspections and maintenance activities of the machinery and systems, record them down in the checklist.
Increase efficiency and reduce machine downtime.
Responsible for process set up, adjustment, and stability of injection molding process.
To ensure proper housekeeping and safety in line and all safety features to be followed during handling and operating.
Communicate with your engineer, production leader, or IPQC when you discover issues in the production process or products that don't meet specific standards or machine failure.
To perform daily process documentation that can be used for Quality Control, traceability, and ensure reproducibility
Maintaining a clean work environment.
Report and highlight any updates to the supervisor.
Assist in any ad-hoc assignment/project assigned by superior.
