Job Purpose The Bot Administrator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots running in UiPath Orchestrator. This role ensures smooth execution of automated processes, handles bot scheduling, resolves runtime issues, and supports operational continuity for automation initiatives. Job Responsibilities Bot Management & Monitoring Monitor bot performance and health in UiPath Orchestrator. Manage bot queues, schedules, and triggers to ensure timely execution. Handle bot allocation and resource optimization across environments. Incident Handling & Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and runtime errors. Collaborate with RPA developers and business teams for issue resolution. Maintain incident logs and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues. Environment & Access Control Manage Orchestrator environments (Development, Test, Production). Configure roles, permissions, and credentials for secure bot operations. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Deployment & Change Management Support deployment of new bots and updates in Orchestrator. Validate bot configurations and dependencies before production release. Maintain version control and documentation for all bot deployments. Reporting & Analytics Generate performance reports and dashboards for bot utilization. Track SLA adherence and provide insights for process optimization. MUST HAVE Technical Skills Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator administration. Knowledge of RPA lifecycle and bot deployment processes. Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL, and basic scripting Understanding of credential vaults and secure asset management. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2+ years of experience in RPA operations or bot administration. UiPath Orchestrator certification is a plus.
