
Sales Supervisor

- Establish monthly KPIs and activity plans for merchandisers.
- Provide coaching to merchandisers to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Set and communicate sales targets and objectives to stores and team members.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and address gaps with actionable solutions.
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions; collaborate with management to develop strategies that drive growth and counter competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to support business partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of in-store promotions, activations, and visual merchandising to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage Sell-In, Sell-Out, and stock availability to ensure product readiness and availability.
- Ensure smooth order placement and product receiving processes at store level within the assigned area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, including at least 2 years managing key accounts. Experience in international account management is a plus.
