We are looking for Banquet Waiters/Waitresses to join our service team and deliver 5-star hospitality to our guests. - Minimum SPM qualification; hospitality experience is an advantage.- Fresh graduates or those with F&B/event experience are encouraged to apply.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Able to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and public holidays (event-based schedule).- Physically fit to stand and move throughout long events.- Positive attitude, team player, and passion for hospitality.- Willing to learn luxury banquet service standards.Responsibilities

Prepare banquet halls and dining areas according to event requirements.
Welcome guests with professional and friendly service.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, following banquet sequence of service.
Assist in setting up buffet lines, plated service, or family-style dining.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Coordinate with the Banquet Captain/Manager to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
Assist in event setup and teardown, including moving tables, chairs, and décor when required.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
