Role Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, boosting conversions, and enhancing brand visibility. This role will involve managing SEO, SEM, Google Ads, website performance, and analytics, as well as supporting the implementation of digital campaigns across multiple platforms to accelerate the company's growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Plan and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Display Ads, etc.). Monitor and optimize PPC performance to maximize ROI. Analyse website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content. Manage landing pages and update website content as required. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, bounce rate, and conversion rate. Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C). Experience in the biotech, sustainability, or agriculture sectors is an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong skills in marketing, communications, and social media marketing. Proficient in web content writing and web analytics. Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
