Responsibilities Oversee the support operations of the Sales & Marketing department and provide administrative support. Monitor End-Financing (EF) line status and compile administrative paperwork for bank EF review processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as lawyers, bankers, and purchasers, and manage the financing application process. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for monitoring sales conversion performance. Update the Master List to ensure all sales application forms and related documents are complete, and track sales conversions within the stipulated timeframe. Address reconciliation matters or discrepancies raised by the Account department promptly. Coordinate the preparation and signing of documentation, including liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers. Assist in reviewing and verifying documentation to ensure accuracy in details such as property information and selling prices in agreements. Follow up on the timely return of stamped agreements and coordinate with sales personnel for dispatch to purchasers. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or HOD from time to time. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience. At least 2 years of experience in sales administration in property development. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literate with knowledge of property-related systems. Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, with a positive working attitude, and able to work in a team.
