We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with proficiency in Japanese or Korean to join a professional services firm. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable processes effectively while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Japanese to resolve billing and payment queries.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely collections.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customer accounts.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for accounts receivable operations.
