The Accounts Receivable Specialist (Thai, Vietnamese or Khmer Speaker) will be responsible for managing account receivables processes within the professional services industry. This role requires language proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Khmer to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Thai, Vietnamese, or Khmer to address payment-related inquiries.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to receivables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
