- Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin((preferred)), both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues, clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- Working hours are 6 days (alternative Saturday ( 2 Saturdays working/month)
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into the company's database and systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Assists with data entry, prepares records and performs general clerical duties.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including emails and all incoming calls Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, delivery notes under the supervision of the accounting department.
- Maintain and update the company's contact lists and databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
