- Independently conduct business negotiations, manage the full sales cycle (quotations, contract signing, and order follow-up), and execute regional/national sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and cultivate clients in the assigned region, deeply understand their production needs, coordinate internal resources to provide technical support and after-sales services, and strengthen client relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead product and market promotion initiatives in the assigned region, including overseeing and participating in international exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and significant changes in the regional market, develop timely and effective response strategies, and ensure successful implementation to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive new product and new market development plans, expanding the product's market coverage and unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Collect and organize regional product feedback, market intelligence, and customer needs, and provide regular summaries to support internal product optimization and strategy adjustment.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of the local sales team, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor, or other related science and engineering disciplines is preferred.
- 3+ years of overseas market channel sales experience, with proven expertise in selling PCBA/SMT/AOI, semiconductor packaging and testing, X-ray, dispensing, or related equipment; familiarity with relevant processes and technologies is a major plus.
- Proactive, self-driven, and well-versed in overseas market dynamics, with strong market sensitivity and logical analysis capabilities to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, coupled with a strong team spirit and a results-oriented mindset to drive sales performance.
- Fluent in English with exceptional business negotiation skills; proficient in Mandarin communication is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel for business, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
