- Working with Superior to plan and strategize to achieve personal sales target by developing renewal and new business.
- Responsible for business development of GID-EB via Broking channel to achieve business targets.
- Management of the day to day distribution support and activities for existing corporate clients.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships and actively engage with brokers and ensure deliver and uphold high level of standard service experience.
- To assist in organizing events, employee briefing, CUR presentation for corporate clients and involve in projects or initiatives that will further grow the overall EB business.
- Collaborate proactively and transparently with internal stakeholders (Operation, Finance, Claims, etc.) to optimize customer experience.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- To follow up on outstanding premiums & claims recoveries and to comply Credit Control Procedure (CCP).
- Preferably tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Administration or Insurance.
- Possess a degree with business or equivalent.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization and externally.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development with excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- Skilled at handling complaints and requests with urgency, maintaining impartiality objectivity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays or after office hours for training, product launches or special events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent ability to communicate, present, persuade and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to assess client needs, provide quality services and uphold high standards.
- Self-motivated, resilient and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
