Penerangan KerjaKelayakanExperience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.Technical Skills: Must be proficient in AutoCount Accounting software. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.Education: Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Language: Good command of written and spoken English (and any other languages relevant to your office environment).Personal Attributes:High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Preferred Qualifications (Optional)Familiarity with the latest e-Invoicing requirements and SST regulations.Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period.Working Hour - 9am - 6pm , Saturday Alternate (9 - 3pm)Lunch Break - 1 hour (12 - 1pm)Tanggungjawab1. Accounting & AutoCount ManagementSystem Operation: Perform daily data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records using the AutoCount accounting system.Customer Account Management: Handle the opening of new customer accounts, including the verification and collection of necessary support documents (e.g., Form 9/24, SSM, Director IC).Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and in a timely manner.Purchase Records: Record and reconcile purchase invoices from suppliers, ensuring all details match purchase orders and delivery orders.Payment Tracking: Assist in monitoring Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payments and collections.2. Administrative SupportDocumentation & Filing: Maintain a systematic filing system for all accounting and administrative documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.Data Maintenance: Update and manage the database for customers and suppliers.General Admin: Handle office correspondence (emails/calls), manage office supplies, and provide general clerical support to the management.Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake any other administrative or financial tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Manfaat
