Digital - Front end - UIUX Designer

• Create comprehensive wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to optimize digital processes and automation workflows.

• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Leverage graphic design expertise to create high-quality visual assets, icons, and marketing collateral that adhere to corporate identity (color, font, layout).

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points in digital products and suggest data-driven revisions.

• Maintain and evolve a central Design System/UI Kit to ensure execution speed and consistency across all digital initiatives.

• Support graphic design such as photo/video editing or tasks as and when required

• 1-3 years of experience in a UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing both functional web applications and aesthetic graphic design. (Fresh grads with an exceptional portfolio and AI curiosity are encouraged to apply.)

• ​Proficient in Figma (preferred), or vibe coding tools Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for asset creation.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure designs are developer-ready.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking to map out complex user journeys and the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders

• AI Mindset: Demonstrate a strong curiosity and understanding on how to utilize AI tools to work faster.

• Strong willingness to learn and pick up new skills, familiarize self with business requirements and effort to understand user pain points
