We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partner initiatives in Malaysia. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across events, campaigns, and content execution in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to support day-to-day marketing activities and ensure campaigns and events run smoothly. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events. Support coordination of campaign assets (e.g. emails, landing pages, basic content) Help track campaign performance (e.g. leads, sign-ups, attendance). Events & Field Marketing Support planning and execution of events (e.g. logistics, vendors, guest lists). Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site support. Help manage attendee registration and post-event follow-ups. Partner & Content Support Assist in preparing simple marketing materials (e.g. slides, one-pagers, email drafts). Support coordination with partners for joint campaigns or events Help organise and maintain marketing assets and documents. Reporting & Coordination Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, and leads. Assist with simple reporting and summaries of marketing activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines are met. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields (Internship experience is highly valued) Interest in marketing, events, and campaign execution Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Basic understanding of social media, events, or marketing campaigns. Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
