Join the big family of THCO Malaysia.Primary RequirementHaving knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.Having related background such as Business Management / Marketing / Publicity Relation.At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry.Responsible and work well in team.Tanggungjawab1. Retail Channel Support & Store Operations· Assist in managing retail channels including Watsons, AEON, Miniso, and other key accounts.· Coordinate and follow up on store-related operational matters, including:· Tester availability· Stock issues (OOS, messy stock, missing items)· Basic in-store execution and compliance2. Tester & Store Materials Coordination· Monthly renewal of testers for all assigned retail stores.· Prepare and submit tester lists to the warehouse for packing and distribution.· Ensure testers are delivered to the correct stores and counters on time.3. Stock & OOS Monitoring· Work with merchandisers or personally conduct store visits to:Check stock availabilityIdentify OOS or low-stock issuesVerify store conditionsCompile and submitbi-weekly updates on store status.4. BA & Merchandiser Coordination· Assist in:Hiring Beauty Advisors (BAs) and/or merchandisers when requiredCoordinating basic training, guidance, and onboardingSupport KPI tracking, attendance monitoring, and basic salary coordination for retail staff.5. System & Administrative Support· Assist in uploading new SKUs into retail partner systems (e.g. Watsons system).· Prepare and submit required forms and documents related to new listings or updates.· Ensure information accuracy and completeness.6. Logistics & Ad-hoc Execution· Arrange logistics support such as Lalamove collection or delivery when required.· Support ad-hoc retail tasks assigned by the manager, especially during launches, restocks, or urgent issues.Manfaat
