Be part of Australasia's largest building materials manufacturers (https://www.ventora.com.au/) What do we provide to you for you to succeed We will offer you a competitive Basic Salary + Attractive Commission* (Potential earnings up to RM8,000 per month) 5 working days only Annual Increment Car Allowance Medical Insurance Open Culture Personal Development Opportunities Annual Leave + Birthday Leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS You will play a crucial role in; Responsible for the sales activities and expanding the company's range of products. Attending to sales enquiries, furnishing product information to customers. Conducting product briefing to direct customers, main contractors and fabricators. Liaise and negotiate with clients on all technical aspects of the projects. Delivering product presentations to customers, either in person or online. Maintain good relationship with customers by identifying customers' needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs. Arranging site visits, follow up with prospects until closing of sales. Responsible for sourcing new business opportunity. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for meeting. Able to meet target and work independently. Attending and supporting internal events organized by in-house marketing team or external events such as trade shows, launching of products and etc is a must. To close deals/sales during in-house events. Account opening with new and existing customers. To develop more showroom collaborations with distributors To ensure collection of payment prior to production. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least formal higher education Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably experience in specifying Building Materials Sales products Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply An energetic, positive attitude, with a desire to add value to the business Customer focus with a high level of initiative Good communication skills Team oriented Microsoft Office skills Motivated self-starter with good time management skills Must be customer focus and friendly
