We're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of product, tech, and operations, and is ready to drive impact across regions.You'll be embedded in the Trading squad, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with high visibility and impact.Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specs for the engineering team.

Collaborate with stakeholders (Tech, Data, CX, Marketing, Banks, 3rd parties) to refine and align on needs.

Partner with Engineers, Designers, and PMs to develop scalable solutions.

Write and manage functional specs and documentation using Notion, Google Docs, and Whimsical.

Conduct analysis to define business logic and create detailed user stories.

Support UAT to ensure features are built to specifications.

Investigate issues via logs and help identify bugs.

Drive project delivery end-to-end, from inception through launch.

Maintain and track product capabilities and key metrics.

Become the go-to expert on our core trading systems and processes.

Support with incidents resolution.
