- Support the CCT process owner in preparing the monthly recorded population file
- Support the CCT process owner in identifying the gap analysis from the recorded population and submitting the results to Surveillance and CFCC.
- Update the monthly CCT metrics based off the results sent to Surveillance and CFCC
- Prepare for the monthly CCT forum including pack preparation and data analysis.
- Support the CCT process owner on any other admin tasks as needed.
- Support the wider Trading & Sales BRM team on other admin tasks as needed.
Proactive risk management; including supporting any operational risks related tasks for the wider teamGovernance
- Adherence to all bank's policy and standards, including eLearning courses on time
- Properly execute implementation of CCT controls or other OKRs
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience and good understanding of Risk Framework and governance.
- Good communication skills verbal and written.
- Analytical skills and Stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS Office tools ie. strong excel
