- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in the general trade sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and forecast sales outcomes.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across the Jakarta region.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize product promotions and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- A strong background in sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in general trade.
- Proven track record in distributor and key wholesaler management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using sales analysis tools and CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel across West and East Malaysia.
