Chief Operating Officer

BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand B2C operator who are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join their team in Malaysia.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement company-wide operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee daily platform operations including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, Lottery, and third-party integrations.
Ensure seamless coordination between Product, Marketing, Risk Control, Payments, Customer Service, and Tech teams.
Own P&L responsibility for the platform.
Optimize bonus strategies, promotional structures, and margin control.
Drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation strategies.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate operational risk.
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance user experience and feature innovation.
Analyze competitor performance and industry trends.
Lead and mentor cross-functional operational teams.
Build scalable operational processes and SOPs.
Conduct regular operational reviews and business performance analysis.
Conduct data analysis and performance optimization.
Responsible for profitability targets.

Requirements:

3 years or above BC (B2C) platform management experience.
Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, casino RTP models, bonus abuse prevention, and payment ecosystems.
Deep knowledge of user lifecycle management and retention strategy.
Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
Fluent English required, additional languages a plus.
Knowledge of Philippines market preferred.
Strong data analysis and leadership skills.
