Location: Seri Kembangan, SelangorRESPONSIBILITIES:Focus on end-to-end recruitment, which includes, administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their specific recruitment needs.Manage the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals.To collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives.To handle internal transfer requests.Weekly and monthly reports for recruitment results.Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.Track and report key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation.To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assignedREQUIREMENTSDegree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalentsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in both agency and in-houseStrong understanding, positivity attitude and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisitionHighly organized, driven, and able to perform well under pressureGood interpersonal skills and works well in a teamA hands-on person who is positive, proactive, and drivenMature and able to work independentlyJoined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM4,000 / mo.
