If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Overview The Branch Manager will be responsible in in all aspects of business development, management functions from operation to revenue generation, contributing towards achieving the region's overall P&L. By providing leadership, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, the Branch Manager ensures the branches' sustainable growth and competitive in the Islamic banking market. This role will report to the Regional Community General Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain and build relationships with existing and new to Bank customers, prospects and business partners Create new business opportunities and help to implement tactical sales and marketing strategies, as well as setting branch direction and goals in order to source for new avenues for business growth Participate in community outreach activities to build branch awareness and generate new business Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring all customer inquiries, complaints and issues are addressed promptly and effectively Monitor the performance of the branch (financial, operational, and customer service) while establishing appropriate metrics and benchmarks to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of each branch and identify areas for improvement Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among the branches, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences that lead to enhanced operational performance Build talents through optimal resourcing, capacity planning, succession planning, and effective engagements Work with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment in financing direction and continuous feedback loop on business opportunities and risk areas to avoid Responsible for our franchise, put the Bank's long-term interests ahead of short-term gains Collaborate strategically with Management teams of other business segments and sales channels to solicit high net worth referrals, upgrades and business opportunities Skills & Experience We Are Looking For: Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or a related field from any recognized university. At least 10 - 15 years of experience in FI (Islamic Banking, Takaful or Investment) with strong understanding on Islamic Retail Banking, Wealth, SME and Shariah-compliant Asset Management products At least 6-8 years of experience in people management Strong track record in spearheading and executing sales strategies.
