- Interaction with local/regional/global treasury and shared service centre teams of top tier international multinational and local corporates to drive revenue targets and increase market share through new-to-bank mandates and transaction flows, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s regulatory framework.
- Work closely with other regions and divisions across the bank to deliver innovative and value-adding solutions to clients and establish Deutsche Bank as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the Cash Management space.
- Provide expert advisory on treasury best practices in the context of the global geopolitical, macroeconomic and regulatory landscape to add value to regional buying centres operating in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
- Independently lead client engagements, pitches/presentations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Spearhead sales initiatives to drive revenue and ensure scalability by replicating deals within and across a region or industry vertical.
- Strong collaboration with local/regional/global divisional business heads drive campaigns and commercialize solutions aimed at building the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa franchise.
- Partner with the Implementation & Service team and Operation Team responsible for all post sales activities, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within the client’s expectations.
- Work with team members in a collaborative, cross-sell and performance driven environment to build a leading Cash Management team in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
- Travel for client pitches, trainings and conferences
- 8 - 15 years cash management, transactional FX sales and/or corporate banking relationship management experience with top tier international multinational corporates.
- Proven track record in managing complex regional cash management deals in Asia Pacific with the ability deliver sophisticated advisory and/or bespoke solutions to clients.
- Possess strong knowledge of treasury trends and regulatory landscape across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
- Ability to influence and build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at the local, regional and global levels.
- Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Champions a global, client-centric, innovative, performance-driven and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work across international time zones, i.e., Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
