What You Will Expect: Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in driving performance insights, campaign effectiveness, and compensation strategies for Credit Life and Direct Marketing channels. Your contributions will directly support the division's VONB and KPI targets, while ensuring cost-effective execution and strategic alignment. What You Will Do: Develop and deliver performance reports for Credit Life and Direct Marketing channels to internal stakeholders and external bank partner. Analyze sales performance data to support the ideation and design of incentive campaigns. Provide actionable insights and simulate campaign outcomes to ensure initiatives are motivating and drive measurable sales impact. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare business cases for campaign approval. Prepare and verify compensation reports and listings with accuracy and timeliness. Support ad-hoc reporting needs including dashboards and presentations for bank partners, internal management, and steering committees. What You Will Need: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in performance reporting, campaign analysis, or compensation management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with incentive campaign design and cost-benefit analysis. Communication & Collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external bank partners. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines. Other Attributes Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
