DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document formatting, and correspondence handling. Assist the Finance Team with administrative tasks such as claim tracking, preparing documentation for payments, and maintaining financial records. Coordinate scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-up communications. Support the coordination of documents and communications between regional offices and departments. Communicate professionally via telephone with hospital departments, clinicians, and other internal stakeholders. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or financial information. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager or finance team. Teamwork and Conduct Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, financial staff, hospital departments, and clinicians. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and solution-focused environment. Observe and carry out all duties faithfully and conscientiously as assigned by the National Clinical Director. Adhere to all confidentiality requirements during and after employment with the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum Diploma or equivalent in administration, business, finance, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (healthcare or finance preferred). Strong attention to detail with proficiency in basic mathematics and accurate data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Desirable Attributes Experience in a healthcare or finance administrative environment. Familiarity with internal systems or electronic record-keeping is a plus. A flexible and positive attitude toward team-based support roles. This role is offered on a 6-month contract basis .
