Penerangan KerjaKelayakanExperience: Prior experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantageLanguages: Fluent in EnglishGrooming: Must adhere to established image and grooming standardsTanggungjawabGuest Hosting & Lobby PresenceWelcome Experience: Providing a warm and sophisticated welcome in the lobby, acting as the first point of professional contact for arriving guests.Escorted Arrivals: Personally escorting VIPs and long-stay guests to their rooms or suites, providing a detailed in-room orientation of facilities and technology.Lobby Management: Maintaining a proactive presence in public areas to identify and assist guests who may need directions, recommendations, or assistance.Departure Farewell: Assisting with the departure experience for key guests to gather feedback and ensure a lasting positive impression of the brand.Relationship Management & PersonalizationVIP Coordination: Reviewing arrival reports daily to identify VIPs and "Return Guests," ensuring their specific preferences (e.g., room location, temperature, or amenities) are set before arrival.Guest Profiling: Diligently updating the Property Management System (PMS) and CRM with guest preferences and personal details to ensure future stays are increasingly personalized.Occasion Planning: Identifying and executing "surprise and delight" moments for guests celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or honeymoons.Follow-up Communication: Engaging with guests during their stay and post-departure to ensure their expectations were met and to encourage future loyalty.Service Recovery & ExcellenceComplaint Resolution: Handling guest grievances with empathy and poise, possessing the authority to implement immediate solutions to restore guest satisfaction.Quality Assurance: Regularly inspecting VIP rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the 5-star standards of cleanliness and aesthetic presentation.Feedback Collection: Actively seeking guest opinions regarding hotel services and facilities, then relaying this data to the relevant departments for service improvement.Coordination & CommunicationDepartmental Liaison: Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, and the Concierge team to ensure that personalized requests and amenities are delivered accurately and on time.Event Support: Assisting with the coordination of high-profile events, social gatherings, or corporate meetings held within the property.Cultural Guidance: Providing international guests with cultural context and high-end local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.Professional Standards & ComplianceImage & Grooming: Maintaining a flawless professional appearance in strict accordance with the hotel's image and grooming guidelines.Privacy & Confidentiality: Handling guest information with the highest level of discretion, particularly regarding high-profile or celebrity visitors.Safety Protocols: Maintaining full knowledge of emergency procedures and assisting in guest safety or evacuation measures if necessary.Manfaat
