This is not a “just post on social” job.You will run the operational engine behind a global coaching business serving founders and leadership teams across the U.S., Africa, LATAM, and Asia.You must know Skool. Not “I’ve heard of it.” Not “I can learn it.”
You must have actively managed a Skool course for at least 12 months.You will:
- Build and organize courses
- Manage client experience
- Execute outbound campaigns
- Keep communication tight
- Protect the brand
- Travel internationally once per quarter
- Build and manage courses inside Skool
- Organize modules and curriculum
- Upload recordings within 48 hours
- Improve onboarding flows
- Maintain clean course structure
- Track engagement and retention
- Keep the backend tight and world-class
- Manage inbound email + LinkedIn DMs
- Respond within 24 hours
- Coordinate scheduling + follow-ups
- Track renewals and retention
- Conduct proactive check-ins
- Keep CRM spotless
- Large distribution email campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach sequences
- Cold calls to warm prospects
- Tracking conversion metrics
- Supporting list growth initiatives
- Manage Social Media posting calendar
- Post content consistently
- Respond to comments & DMs
- Help support launches

- Minimum 6 months actively managing a Skool course
- 2+ years supporting a business coach, consultant, or professional services firm
- Experience contributing to a coaching program with 100+ paying members
- Experience executing outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls)
- Experience with AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized, systems-driven, proactive
- Helped scale a course from early stage to 100+ members
- Helped grow an email list to 10,000+
- CRM management experience
- Familiarity with EOS concepts
- Experience supporting cohort launches
- Recordings uploaded within 48 hours
- 75%+ onboarding completion
- 60%+ monthly active member rate
- < 8% monthly churn
- < 24-hour response time
- 8/10+ satisfaction rating
- 70%+ renewal rate
- Zero missed follow-ups
- 100 outbound touches per day (mixed channels)

Paid Quarterly International Travel Required
