• Responsible for driving commercial performance while delivering exceptional luxury client experiences.
• Leads, inspires, and develops a high-performing boutique team in line with brand values and standards.

• Lead and manage all boutique operations to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury customer experience at all times
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive clienteling strategies to build long-term customer loyalty
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and image of the house

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Senior Store Manager within luxury retail
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and coaching
• Excellent client relationship management and service mindset
• Commercially driven with a clear understanding of luxury KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment
