Summary:The role responsible for supporting and overseeing retail and sales operations across brand kiosks, brand stores, retail stores, sales offices, and business offices. This role manages commission calculations for sales organizations, ensures operational compliance, coordinates store setup and closure activities, oversees tenancy matters, and liaises with mall management and external contractors. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance while supporting business growth across retail channels.Job Requirement:1. Sales Commission & Sales Administration
  • Manage and administer commission calculations for the sales organization, including MS, MM, SMM, and CMO levels.
  • Ensure commission structures, rates, and payouts are accurately calculated in accordance with approved schemes and policies.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and management teams to validate commission data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare commission reports and supporting documentation for review, approval, and audit purposes.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation related to sales performance and commission payments.
2. Retail & Business Operations Oversight
  • Support and oversee day-to-day operational matters across:
  • Brand kiosks
  • Brand stores
  • Retail stores
  • Sales offices
  • Business offices
  • Ensure stores and offices operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor store conditions, operational readiness, and basic performance indicators.
  • Act as a coordination point between operations, sales, finance, and external stakeholders on retail-related matters.
3. Store Setup, Closure & Renovation Management
  • Coordinate end-to-end store setup activities for new brand kiosks, brand stores, retail stores, sales offices, and business offices.
  • Manage store closure processes, including documentation, contractor coordination, and handover requirements.
  • Support renovation and refurbishment activities to ensure stores meet brand and operational standards.
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams and external contractors to ensure timelines, quality standards, and cost budgets are adhered to.
  • Track setup and closure progress and escalate delays or issues when required.
4. Audit, Compliance & Operational Controls
  • Conduct routine operational audits across brand stores, retail stores, and business offices.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational guidelines, contractual obligations, and mall or landlord requirements.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain audit records, checklists, and supporting documentation.
  • Support management during internal or external audits related to retail and business operations.
5. Mall & Landlord Coordination
  • Act as the main coordination point with mall management and landlords on operational matters.
  • Address daily operational issues such as access, maintenance, compliance requirements, and mall regulations.
  • Work with mall management to improve store operations, visibility, and overall performance where applicable.
  • Coordinate approvals, permits, and documentation required by malls or landlords.
6. Tenancy & Lease Administration
  • Support the management and renewal of tenancy agreements for all brand stores, retail stores, and business offices.
  • Track tenancy expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, and legal or finance teams on lease documentation and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy records, agreements, and related correspondence.
7. Bill Payment & Cost Monitoring
  • Handle bill payments related to brand stores, retail stores, and business offices, including utilities, rentals, and service charges.
  • Ensure bills are verified, processed, and submitted for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track recurring operational expenses and flag discrepancies or unusual charges.
  • Maintain proper documentation for finance and audit purposes.
8. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
  • Source and coordinate contractors for store setup, closure, maintenance, and renovation works.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed according to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure contractors comply with mall regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.
  • Support cost control by ensuring works are executed efficiently and within approved budgets.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in retail operations, sales operations, commercial operations, or a similar function.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing:
  • Retail stores, kiosks, or sales offices
  • Sales commission calculations or sales administration
  • Tenancy coordination and retail operational matters
