From engineering to customer experience, AI capabilities are becoming integral to how we design, build, and deliver the next generation of digital experiences.Learn more atAbout the Role:The Senior Delivery Consultant role sits within Sitecore's CVR Services Solutions Hub (Kuala Lumpur), a centralized team supporting our global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations.This is a non-client-facing position focused on executing standardized, repeatable and process-driven delivery activities that strengthen our ability to scale efficiently. The Hub enables field consultants to focus on customer engagement and strategic outcomes while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will take ownership of backend delivery tasks that support advisory, project management and customer success workstreams. You'll collaborate closely with regional consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency and delivery within defined SLAs.What You'll Do:
  • Execute repeatable technical and operational tasks supporting advisory, CSM, and PM workstreams.
  • Prepare and deliver technical assessment reports, performance checks, and environment reviews.
  • Ensure process adherence across all assigned activities, maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance with defined standards.
  • Collaborate with field consultants to ensure deliverables meet SLA and quality requirements.
  • Create and maintain structured documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and enablement of new Hub resources, promoting a culture of standardization and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 3-6 years in consulting, implementation, or technical analysis roles with a strong process orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
  • Experience in a SaaS, Professional Services, or Customer Success environment preferred.
  • Technical proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Certinia (or equivalent PSA tools).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured documentation.
  • Analytical mindset, ownership, and a continuous-improvement attitude.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Sitecore Knowledge: Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
  • Proven ability working in headless/front-end architectures - using modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue to consume APIs and deliver decoupled user interfaces
  • Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, ideally .NET Core/.NET 8+) for building, integrating and extending robust solutions.
