Penerangan KerjaKelayakanRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldsProfessional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage2 - 4 years of accounting experience or finance roles preferredFluent in Mandarin and/or English, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customer.Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.Willing to learn applicable system automation, business solution software.TanggungjawabResponsibilitiesHandle full set of accounts for the company, assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.Record and maintain daily accounting transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring activities.Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and statutory requirements.Prepare documentation for auditors and assist in audit queries.Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including supplier and customer reconciliations.Assist in preparing and submitting tax-related documents (e.g. SST/GST, corporate tax) under supervision.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, or administrative tasks as assigned.Assist and guide junior staff, support superior and collaborate with Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies.Manfaat
