- Provide technical advice and client servicing, account handling and growing existing client portfolios with limited supervision from your reporting manager.
- Assist in identifying evolving client challenges and in tailoring solutions that will meet client's needs.
- Build entrenched business relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop the understanding and insights on various client industries.
- Work with (re)insurers to develop relevant insurance solutions as client's advocate.
- Develop ability to coordinate & provide technical support to colleagues on claims handling and management.
- Assist the manager in execution of marketing plans to generate new business.
- Work as team to ensure timely reporting and the regular and proper filing of records as per the Company's operation policies.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the agreed service deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Responsible to provide timely support and assistance on assigned tasks / projects as required by your reporting manager.
- Must be willing to travel nationwide and within the region as when required basis.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
- Preferably a minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability in client relationship management.
- Good understanding and experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
