
Services Sales Account Manager

- Responsible for integrating all Schneider Electric services around customer needs and looks after assigned key customers and industry segments.
- Responsible for creating and implementing specific plans.
- Works together with Service Operations, Projects and Business Unit sales.
- Ensures maximum awareness of the Schneider Electric Services portfolio in the assigned market space.
- Actively manages his/her funnel up to order closure to assure a consistent and growing business. Helps define and/or initiates new services and strategies.
- Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery etc)
- Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- Provides monthly forecasts, using BFO, and summaries in a timely manner.
- Monitors margin to be at or above country thresholds. Uses DOA process to escalate opportunities below thresholds.
- Regular collaboration with Operational Marketing team for thorough understanding of country Installed Base.
- Coordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as and when needed.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.
- Having adequate Electrical Power Distribution systems experience is a must.
- Any experience in Automation (Drives & PLC) would be an added value for this role.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
- Energetic, outgoing, proactive and have attention to prospecting and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
- Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools. Excellent organizational skills.
