- Responsible for the preparation of various financial reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Prepare materials for cost analysis meetings and other related meetings on a monthly basis.
- Conduct periodic spot checks on warehouse accounts, inventory records, and physical stock, and verify account balances with counterparties.
- Assist in the preparation of financial cost plans.
- Handle accounting entries related to cost and expense management.
- Manage accounting work for infrastructure projects and monitor the execution progress of these projects.
- Manage inventory, fixed assets, and other company assets.
- Perform various financial analysis tasks.
- Responsible for preparing the company's financial budgets.
- Actively standardize the company's cost structure and optimize costs.
- Cooperate with other tasks assigned by the company.
- Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Familiar with enterprise accounting standards and national/local tax regulations. Knowledge of Malaysia tax laws is an advantage.
- Well-versed in cost management and accounting systems.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, strong execution, and good professional ethics.
- Proficient in English, and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- CPA, CIMA, or ACCA certifications are preferred.
