Snr Business Development (Snr Manager / Director), Microsoft Ecosystem Location APAC (Hong Kong / Taiwan / Singapore / Malaysia preferred, flexible) Role Overview This role is fully responsible for iSoftStone's Microsoft AI ecosystem business across APAC, focusing on Azure / AI / Copilot / industry solutions. Through Co-sell and Re-sell models, you will rebuild and scale iSoftStone's partnerships with Microsoft China and APAC teams, directly driving revenue growth and project wins. This is a results-driven business role requiring deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ability to convert partnerships into sustainable sales and delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the overall strategy and execution of Microsoft Co-sell / Re-sell business across APAC. Rebuild and deepen core partnerships with Microsoft China and APAC teams (PDM / industry sales / partner teams). Define and implement iSoftStone's Microsoft AI business model (solutions, sales approach, joint delivery). Directly support and drive joint sales, opportunity conversion, contract signing, and revenue achievement. Focus on key markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, North America) to replicate and scale regional business. Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure products can be sold, delivered, and scaled. Requirements 8-12+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem or enterprise software business. Experience working in a Microsoft partner organization (SI / ISV / CSP) with hands-on Co-sell / Re-sell experience. Deep understanding of the commercial and sales logic of Azure / AI / Copilot / industry solutions. APAC business experience with the ability to drive cross-region collaboration and execution. Strong results orientation, able to directly support sales closures and achieve business targets. Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong executive communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Preferred Proven experience building Microsoft partner business or regional operations from the ground up (0 1). Familiarity with Partner Center, Marketplace, joint marketing, and joint sales mechanisms. Experience in scaling AI / data / industry solutions.
