Custodian of critical business, operations and financial forecast reports Develop and transform dashboards for business data visualization to define business growth strategy and planning Support business units with forecasting and performance / budget / KPI target reporting. Support building processes / accountability system within region to drive operational efficiency and excellence. Maintain management information systems and compilation of statistical data (Excel or computerized). Identify and highlight discrepancies. Generate reports to facilitate management in decision-making. Improve forecasting working files using a variety of software packages such as VBA / Ms Tools. Ensure reliability, consistency and quality of all data management and reporting deliverables. Provide administrative support which includes using a variety of software packages e.g Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases. Any other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor. 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in business analysis, process optimization, operations and analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or Project Management within an international company or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience and knowledge of Dashboard setup with Power-Bi, Power Query, VBA or programming (Visual Basic or Python or SQL) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
