Spearhead continuous improvement activities for better business process set up, business POR design, and enhancements of forecasting tools. Drive CDX (Customer Delivery Experience) improvement with BDSO by on time delivery escalation. Track and monitor quarterly output and shipment forecasts for all systems and reliant. Prepare week-to-week/ad-hoc/QXR Lead-time and CTL analysis to support company commit to the customers. Support Data and priority delivery management to support customer urgent ramp up schedule. Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) / Power BI. Liaise with the product team and end-users to capture and analyze requirements and deliver updates. Review and prioritize user stories written by the team and define acceptance criteria. Work and develop productive relationships with various departments within the company, including Finance, Sales Operations, Regions, and Business Development, to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of the company's shipments Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
