Position Title: Assistant QA Engineer/QA Engineer (Sheet Metal)Location: SenaiHeadcount: 2Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: Up to RM3700Responsibilities:Conduct inspections on sheet metal parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specificationsUtilize CMM and Smartscope systems for precise dimensional measurements and programmingInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical requirementsIdentify quality issues during production and escalate when necessarySupport root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsMaintain accurate quality records and inspection reportsCollaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve processesParticipate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company quality and safety standardsRequirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years of QA experience; sheet metal background is preferred
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and QA practices
  • Advanced knowledge in CMM operation and Smartscope programming
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
