Position Title: Assistant QA Engineer/QA Engineer (Plastic Injection Moulding)Location: SenaiHeadcount: 2Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: Up to RM3700Responsibilities:Perform quality inspections on plastic injection parts to ensure compliance with specifications and drawingsOperate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Smartscope systems for dimensional inspectionInterpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standardsMonitor production processes and identify quality issues or deviationsAssist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper quality documentationWork closely with production and engineering teams to improve product qualitySupport internal audits and quality system compliance activitiesEnsure adherence to safety and quality procedureRequirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in QA, preferably in plastic injection molding (experience is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of plastic injection processes and quality control methods
  • Advanced knowledge of CMM operation and Smartscope programming
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Good communication and writing skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
