Penerangan KerjaKelayakanWe are looking for a driven and well-rounded Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to lead both our paid advertising efforts and organic social media presence. This role plays a key part in driving leads, sales, and brand visibility, while also shaping Hankidz's voice and storytelling across social platforms.The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, data-driven, and creative. Someone who can run performance ads, plan meaningful content, manage social media teams, and analyse what truly moves the needle.Qualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or social media managementHands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platformsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetGood copywriting skills and creative collaboration experienceAbility to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and teams concurrentlyPassion for education, children's growth, or mission-driven brands preferredNice-to-HavesExperience in education or enrichment centre marketingFamiliarity with video content creation and short-form social mediaBasic knowledge of SEO and content marketingTanggungjawabPaid Advertising Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute data-driven paid ad strategies aligned with business objectivesDefine target audiences, customer personas, and clear campaign goalsManage and optimise ad budgets across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, etc.)Ad Creation & OptimisationCollaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creativesWrite persuasive ad copy, headlines, and strong calls-to-actionConduct A/B testing on visuals, copy, audiences, and placements to improve performanceCampaign ManagementSet up, launch, and optimise campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platformsTrack key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions and make data-driven improvementsEnsure lead quality, conversion tracking, and accurate sales attributionSocial Media Strategy & Content Management (Hankidz Main Accounts)Manage Hankidz's main social media account end-to-endPlan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and launchesPlan content creation including ideation, editing, captions, posting, and schedulingEnsure brand consistency, tone of voice, and storytelling across all platformsStay updated with trends, formats, and platform changes to keep content relevant and engagingSocial Media Team OversightOversee and guide the social media team in content planning, execution, and timelinesReview content before posting to ensure quality and alignment with brand standardsProvide feedback, direction, and performance insights to improve team outputKOL / Influencer Social Media ManagementPlan and manage social media strategies for Hankidz KOLsOversee content planning, editing direction, posting schedules, and campaign alignmentAnalyse KOL performance data including reach, engagement, and conversions and prepare monthly reviewsOptimise KOL content strategies based on insights and resultsAnalytics & ReportingGenerate weekly and monthly performance reports for both paid ads and social mediaAnalyse content, campaign, and audience performance using platform insights and analytics toolsPresent actionable insights and recommendations to managementCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with marketing, sales, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns and contentProvide audience and performance insights to inform content strategy and future campaignsContinuous Improvement & Industry AwarenessStay up to date with digital advertising trends, social media best practices, and platform updatesExperiment with new ad formats, content styles, and social strategies to drive growthManfaat
